Molly is generalist journalist based in New York. She works as a wellness staff writer at Refinery29, writing about health, wellness, fitness, psychology, and beauty. You’ve got to mix it up. She has covered stories about everything from gang crimes to politics to fertility. She's interviewed people such as John Stamos and former U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer, but finds some of the most interesting stories come from conversations with everyday people.

Molly's work has been published in Shape, Esquire, Teen Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Mic, Los Angeles Magazine, 5280 Magazine, The Des Moines Register, and other publications. As a reporting fellow for The Phoenix New Times, she wrote two 5,000-word narrative cover stories, one about the plight of a transgender veteran who was raped while serving the Navy, but who later found solace in the VA Hospital.

She graduated from Drake University in 2017 after winning Associate Collegiate Press Pacemaker and Hearst Journalism awards for her work at Drake Magazine. As multimedia editor of the student-produced publication she wrote award-winning features, managed writers, produced a podcast, and oversaw digital storytelling.
